Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
**Appointments must be made 72 hours in advance
**All Appointments are prepaid
**Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded 65% of the full service amount.
**Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be refunded 40% of the full service amount.
**One reschedule is allowed at no charge. The second reschedule will require a full payment for services.

**Clean Linen, Oils & Music will be provided.
**Please allow a 15 minute setup time before service & Clean up time after service
**Please choose an easily accessible space.
**Liability Waivers is required to be signed prior to your scheduled service
