CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
**All appointments canceled less than 24 hours, will be charged 50% of scheduled service(s).
**No call/No show will be charged the full amount of scheduled service(s). NO REFUNDS.
**Massage and Facial cancellations (in accordance to the 24 hour cancelation policy) will be refunded 75% of the full service amount.
**If a gift card is used to hold an appointment and you cancel less than 24 hours, you will forfeit 50% of the gift card amount. No call/no show, you will forfeit the full amount of the gift card.
Covid19 New Procedures
>>Cancel immediately if you have been exposed to someone who as been diagnosed with Covid19 or has Covid19 symptoms (visit cdc.org for Covid19 info).
>>Cancel immediately if you are sick with or without a fever.
>>One client in the treatment room at a time.
>>Please wear a face mask inside the treatment room.
>>No personal items are allowed inside the treatment room,
ex: purse, book bags, shopping bags, coats/jackets, food...etc.
>>Hands must be sanitized before entering the treatment room (hand sanitizer will be provided).
>>Please note that Piel Body Spa staff has the right to refuse service if deemed necessary for the safety of clients and the spa.
