Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Please review before booking your appointment.

 

1. Cancellations

• For mutual respect of everyone’s time, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance..

2. Refund Policy

(Hair Removal)

• Cancel 24 hours before your appointment → Full Refund

• Cancel less than 24 hours → 50% Refund

(Facials, Massage & Spot Treatments Refunds)

• Cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment → 75% refund

• Cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment → 50% refund

• No refunds for no-shows

3. Afterpay Clients

• Clients using Afterpay are subject to the same cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies.

• No exceptions.

4. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment one time without a fee

• A second reschedule will result in a fee of 50% of the service price

• No-shows cannot be rescheduled. A new appointment must be booked with full payment.

• A non refundable $25 fee will be applied to free consultation reschedules

5. Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client.

• You will still be charged the full service price, even if your session is shortened due to late arrival.
