CANCELLATION POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED
** One reschedule is allowed at no charge. The second reschedule will require a full payment for services. No call/No shows are not allowed a reschedule and will have to pay full price to rebook.
**All appointments canceled less than 24 hours, (if refund requested) will be charged 50% of scheduled service(s).
**No call/No show will be charged the full amount of scheduled service(s). NO REFUNDS.
**All Massage and Facial cancellations will be refunded 75% of the full service amount.
**If a gift card is used to hold an appointment and you cancel less than 24 hours, you will forfeit 50% of the gift card amount. No call/no show, you will forfeit the full amount of the gift card.
Covid19 Procedures

>>Cancel immediately if you are sick with or without a fever.
>>Please note that Piel Body Spa staff has the right to refuse service if deemed necessary for the safety of clients and the spa.
